Shipping Info

We use Royal Mail S'igned For' in the UK and Royal Mail 'Tracked and Signed' for the rest of the world except in countries that don't operate this service such as South Africa. Please allow 3 days for delivery in the UK and 10 days for international deliveries. South African customs often take one month to clear packages so please be patient!

Return Policy

All store items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. If you would like to return and item please email shop@delusionsofgrandeur.com quoting your order number and stating which items you would like to return and why. We will provide you with an address to return the item(s) to. Please ensure you send returned items using a trackable service.

It can take up to 20 days for an item to reach us once you return it depending on where in the world you send it from. Once the parcel is received it can take up to five business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.

Please note that you will be required to return the item at your own expense. Delusions of Grandeur will refund up to £20 for return postage costs but only if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Returns and refunds can be arranged by emailing shop@delusionsofgrandeur.com Please don't return any items to us without contacting us by email first. Any faulty, incorrect or unwanted items should be returned with a copy of the email confirmation.
